My Saddest Moment
Dear Friends,
It is with a sad heart that I have to tell you that my grand idea of merging my Waffle Lady Restaurant that has been so successful for the last 13 years with Bad to the Bone BB-Q in San Juan Capistrano did not work out. After working very hard with the Owners for the last three months, once my consulting obligation was finished, it is now CLOSED.
I wish Al & Marty well as I truly believe they have an OUTSTANDNG BBQ product. I still can't get that Sliced Brisquet or that wonderful BBQ Sauce out of my mind. My dream was to bring the best BREAKFAST & BBQ in San Juan Capistrano & San Clemente.
I am working very hard to re-establish The Waffle Lady back in San Clemente & in San Juan Capistrano & Tustin Ranch.
Today the ONLINE SHOPPING CART was launchd and we have EIGHT PRODUCTS for sale. We have our own DISTRIBUTION CENTER and can ship direct to you. The fresh JUMBLEBERRY TOPPING will be in the market place VERY SOON! You will find it in the Refrigeration Section. Check out the Store Locations on the website www.wafflelady.com
Our family thanks all of you for your loyal support & FRIENDSHIP over the years. We have great memories.
God Bless you all . . .
Love,
Jeanne Scott
The Waffle Lady

I do hope that you can reestablish The Waffle Lady in San Clemente. We live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we really missed your restaurant when we visited our daughter and son-in-law San Clemente this past week. The Waffle Lady was always our #1 breakfast stop. Now, you COULD consider reestablishing in northern CA... That would make our family very happy! We'll check out the ONLINE SHOPPING CART for now. Good luck!

This is the saddest news ever! We are still talking about our wonderful family breakfast at your resturant! I am thrilled to be able to purchase the products on line, however, thank you for that. It was wonderful to meet you and I have absolutly NO DOUBT you will find even more success now. You are a wonderful lady with many talents. When one door closes.....
We'll be watching to see where you "pop" up next. Good Luck!
